It was misleading to refer to MaloneBailey as special.

Call it nitpicking if it makes you feel better, but the fact is that this PCAOB registered firm is (purportedly) replacing the company's previous PCAOB registered firm to perform the very same non-special function.

What is nitpicking to you is establishing the facts to me. It's not a habit...it's a practice.
