I think the model is similar to BBAN. In this case, Mike Alexander is the "current managament team" - letting Rufus pump away for him.

The two scams are identical, in fact. Rufus and Ben serving as "proxy" management and then disappearing.

Both sides are pointing fingers. Williams claim Rufus didn't want to pay the TA. Harris claims Williams should pay the TA. Harris was the one to issue the dividend.

There is no excuse for anyone at BBAN...ego trumped common sense. I'm not going to blame harris for the dilution (it was the original team that diluted even more to pay them 60 million shares). BUT, i do know most of that 60 million shares were sold while they were pumping up a storm and cranking out PRs...

i think what he meant is that perhaps Rufus has always been used, but never smart enough to know it.

In theory, Mike Alexander can boot Rufus just like Williams and company did at BBAN w/ the help of the OKC and Wisc group.

So by proxy, he is saying that these people are using Rufus as proxy for pumps...as he has proven to be good at that?
