one time and one time only... in fact, rufus was changing the entire company but before it took place, tripp and friends reneged the deal and took them to court... you know what happened. the old management didn't want their piggy bank taken away from them.... and rufus was about to do just that. now how could tripp control anything with the amount of declared shares he held? hmmmmm that whole fiasco smelt rotten.
anyway... hate to dwell on that one too long... brings back some bad memories. lol
