As much as I'd like believe a buyer is just over the horizon, I'm just not feel'n it. If they want to negotiate from a position of strength, then they would have chummed the waters and released top line data already to further generate interest. There's an entire basket of considerations that include legal, regulatory, financial, and self-interest that likely factor into whatever they're intending.

If I had to guess, Linda and Les want to play this out another six months when everything in out in the open before considering any offers from potential buyers. That might also be the reason for the Series A, just to have enough of a runway to get to the end.

NWBO had to continue raising cash in order to negotiate with strength. It looks as an agreement has been made. Now the ball can start to roll, as per agreement. IMO
