I agree with you at this point being on the OTCB makes them a cheep buy and the money they raises will give them a few months. The only way is top line data and the PP going higher will give them the strength.

I agree with those that believe it is too early for a buyout. We are nowhere near the value that would get us what we are worth, and nobody is going to pay 100x current price without more solid proof that DCVAX works. I believe we will get there, and I’m willing to wait.

The one question I would have for the Board at the ASM is why there is no vote on increasing the shares. It’s obvious they are going to have to do it at some point, so what are they waiting on?

Pure speculation of course, but maybe they want to protect the future of Direct by being bought out to make sure that whatever happens with L doesn’t destroy the company before Direct has a chance. I personally agree that a buyout now would be too early and way undervalued for the potential future.
