I'll tell you what, based on that response I think this link needs to be looked at agin. This link says that there has been a dividend on BKMPP(that is 2 p's). Yes, a dividend on BKMPP. The dates are different than with the BKMP divy which makes me believe it is not just an error.

I don't think his message says anything about a PR at all. It just says that they have done what is supposed to be done with the dividend.
Based on your request, I take it that Sandy would blame the brokers for the confusion and that he has nothing to do with market price of the dividends (other than company news). When the shares start trading, that will be their value. If news comes out, that will affect the PPS.

Too many people are trying to make Sandy or "the company" responsible for the trading value of their stocks. If that were tree, BKMP common would be over $1 IMO.

Its simple. The preferreds have been paid out by the company. The DTC has distributed all the shares to the MMs....BUT some of you have not received them yet. WHY? BECAUSE you've got an IOU!! Dont' worry though. Its not your problem. The problem belongs to the MM that issued the IOU. It becomes your problem if the MMs decide to ignore your complaints and the DTC does nothing to make the MM cover.

SO............everyone set their preferred shares at .001 and lets see what happens. Of course, some MMs will probably have some BKMPP too and will offload them at .000000001 HAH!
