Artfink, I was wondering about that too, but I took it as meaning Oct. 2 is the day when brokers are supposed to be correct on the trading symbol. I don't see how there could be a dividend declared without a PR and yet having it listed on stock boards.

artfink, that is more than interesting. It doesn't mention a dividend payout amount. The DTC, Brokerage Houses and MM's are bottle necking this whole thing.
