I think you may be misunderstanding my intent for emailing Sandy Winick and Tim Foster and TD Ameritrade asking for some answers. TD Ameritrade is saying they have no certs and therefore they are not tradeable. Sandy is saying the company has done everything they can. The DTC is saying, according to some, they don't have certs. So, where is the answer? If TD Ameritrade doesn't make them tradeable, what then? Insert picture of (screw) ?
