More likely FDA delays are results of having tasks larger and more complicated than originally envisioned

A quick read of a few new FDA guidance docs (NDA example posted earlier) shows that the conversion of the concepts/visions to work methods results in same ole-same ole blocking and tackling diagrams. ie...people sit in a room and tick off tasks in serial manner, like the old days.
