I'm puzzled by Globenewswire, too. Nasdaq should be ashamed of itself. The people who push these questionable or outright fake press releases tend to make a point of saying they must be true, because the wire service is owned by Nasdaq.
What struck me was the photo shopped logo "bitcoin" that was slapped on the drilling rig. It reminded me of the graphics that was put on the GTLL logo at the fake twitter account.

Company never before mentioned Bitcoin. Next day they put out a PR about getting a liquor license for a restaurant they were thinking of buying. No mention of the previous day's BTC claim.
