Janice, those certs were not signed by Urbie, they were rubber stamped unlawfully. All certs are rubber stamped. You didn't really think all certs in companies are individually signed by the CEO did you? Well yeah you probably did.
John Edwards was selling wholesale about 36 % of the shares of the company. That was illegal, and most likely also he Naked Shorted. That has nothing to do with Urban Casavant, so far as the NASD is concerned. Also your SPECULATION that he was back kicking to Urban is not supported by FACTS.
So far the NASD hasnt brought ANY charges against Urban.
Thas is a fact, and all else is your speculation.
