Jarta-I think that clammed up is something that they won't be by a long shot.

I'm certainly no expert on the Patriot Act provisions re money laundering either, but I know that they eliminate a lot of normal due process protections, and that they allow for non-public actions, such as the reported freeze of the 80+ CMKX accounts in Nevada.

Strong case? Weak case?

I know the law doesn't work in the way we all want to believe it should. Just from what I have read so far in the NASD complaint NevWest, and the two charged are in serious trouble and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I look for the Jefferies selling of 111 billion shares sold by the long position cmkx holder to come out next.

I also believe Casavant is in serious trouble by aiding and abetting in this securities swindle and will not be able to explain away any of the issue from the day he started up this pump and dump.

Casavant.... Failure to respond with company information.... gagging the TA...trying to start in secret his own TA when the truth of the O/S leaked out ....filing the false SEC reports.... not listing the assets in the company names (leased claims)... increased the A/S 3 times to 800 BILLION .... Zero information ( truth) about SGGM and the missing 10 million in cash plus the 200 billion shares ... UC involvement in USCA & GEMM missing cash and stock... fluff PR about finding diamonds ( 2 micro chips) later renounced by USCA as fluff... CMKX issuing 3 years worth fluff press releases.... millions of unaccounted dollars running thru CMKX in god knows how many hidden bank accounts set up by UC.... lying about becoming fully reporting when UC knew full well there were no records ... Hiring Roger Glenn to write opinion letter to free the 400 BILLION shares to sell and put the pump in motion along with paying him $250,000.00 for a one page report that said "sorry no records".... diverting (in secret) 4 million dollars of share holders money to fund the GOT CMKX pump to sell stock ....paying select known message board cmkx pumpers (pay it forward stock) to support the pump and trying to hide it behind charity ... hiring IBM at 40 k a month who managed to accomplish ZERO for the share holders ... UC taking the 5th in court when asked about his own company.....
