Amj, Ruby, Electick etc,let me present an analogy re Offor stepping down.

Suppose you bought stock in a Peruvian mining company that showed good gold or cooper reserves potential, but the stock price was not going up. The stock is listed on the OTC.

Anmerican retail investors then start to demand that the Peruvian management be replaced with experienced United States management and mining professionals so more US investors would buy the stock.

In particular, they demand that the Chariman of the Peruvian company sell the majoriy of his shares to larger US mining companies even though he won't get his price, but for the good of the company.

Within a year or two the cooper and gold reserves are expected to be proven and the Peruvian Chairman will get his price and possibly even more.

GET REAL. WOULD YOU EXPECT THE PERUVIAN CHAIRMAN TO SELL HIS STOCK NOW TO SATISFY THE DEMANDS OF US RETAIL INVESTORS??

It's wondeful how US investors buy stock in a Nigerian-American company and then decide how the company ought to be run to maximize the present share price and profits. lol

One of the big reasons that our SP is where it's at (IMHO) is because not only is ERHC not really known about in the investment world, THE ENTIRE JDZ is not really known by the investment world. When I got into this stock I thought that the JMC and the JDA was controlling most of what will be going on. When STP started their crap, I honestly thought that the JDA (the governing power) was going to put a quick end to that. I guess they really don't have the say or governing power, or ability to make things run according to their concerns. So far it seems like CVX has MUCH more control in the JDZ than the JDA. If investors don't know about the JDZ in the Gulf of Guinea, than nobody is going to know about the little minnow swimming in the JDZ called ERHE.
Therefore as long as the JDA and JMC is a Lame Duck juristriction then ERHE will have a lame SP. Of course drilling schedules, drilling and the discovery of oil will send our SP Up, UP and UP, but if the governing authority really started to govern their property and had their own PR people to get investors known about them a lot of the BS would not have held everyone in the region down as it has for years and our SP would be much higher right now. STP & Nigeria could sure use investors into their region, even if they are resort and tourist investors for starters to get them on the map (especially STP). So with all this talk about SEO being the leader that is keep ing our SP down, I personally think the leadership of the JDA & JMC is more to blame. This is of course entirely In My Humble Opinion.
