We just dont have adequate votes to control the decision yet. BTW even the nigerians at FAB would like to see EO step down (according to nigerian sources (please dont ask)). EO would not need to sell all his shares, only enough to cede voting control. I am guseeing the remaining shares would go up sufficiently up sufficiently to more than cover the sales. I am sorry, but I just dont think your alanogy has any real similarities.
