Amj, Ruby, Electick etc,let me present an analogy re Offor stepping down.
Suppose you bought stock in a Peruvian mining company that showed good gold or cooper reserves potential, but the stock price was not going up. The stock is listed on the OTC.
Anmerican retail investors then start to demand that the Peruvian management be replaced with experienced United States management and mining professionals so more US investors would buy the stock.
In particular, they demand that the Chariman of the Peruvian company sell the majoriy of his shares to larger US mining companies even though he won't get his price, but for the good of the company.
Within a year or two the cooper and gold reserves are expected to be proven and the Peruvian Chairman will get his price and possibly even more.
GET REAL. WOULD YOU EXPECT THE PERUVIAN CHAIRMAN TO SELL HIS STOCK NOW TO SATISFY THE DEMANDS OF US RETAIL INVESTORS??
It's wondeful how US investors buy stock in a Nigerian-American company and then decide how the company ought to be run to maximize the present share price and profits. lol
