I called atg in early October and they told me they had a copy of the pr, they've known this whole time

He told me that they sent the letter a while back but that they had not heard back from Harry. Again not sure what is really true, but that is what he told me.
Again, Cwir is supposed to get its say in court to explain itself to the bk court and creditors.

Exactly. Right after the PR people talked to Louie, and Louie was saying he was excited about the acquisition by $CWIR- now weeks later Louie doesn't even know he was in negotiations with $CWIR.
