He told me that they sent the letter a while back but that they had not heard back from Harry. Again not sure what is really true, but that is what he told me.
Again, Cwir is supposed to get its say in court to explain itself to the bk court and creditors.

Louie's big issue was that the PR created issues with other potential suitors...
