In a way. But I'm not at all sure that's how people in Alabama think of it. For Moore supporters, it's Moore who's their hero. I don't think Bannon is important to them: they think it's reasonable that Bannon supports Moore because, well, Moore's their hero.
And they like Trump, too. Evidently many of them attended the Trump rally for Strange simply because of that. They wanted to see him. But they didn't support Strange; they supported Moore.
