I? think you misunderstood my intent. He could definitely communicate timing and complement the help he feels like he is “getting” at the same time. The point is the people who own the company have no idea what is going on. We cling to the last things articulated and it shouldn’t be that way. It’s completely unnecessary. I don’t get the strategy. I don’t see the benefits of lack of communication. Maybe it’s just me and I’m not thinking of this properly

I really don't see why we have to wait for the FDA...AVXL has already got to know what the new regs will look like. In any case, it has been a longstanding policy to give an accelerated look at any alz treatment results, new changes or not. I would think they are recruiting now regardless. The official announcement is being saved, I would guess, to coincide with the FDA for max PR impact, but I dont think that subtantively the FDA will slow us down any more.
