We have to wait for the FDA to approve INDs under new regs.

I think they are screening trial participants very thoroughly, and will be able to actually recruit rapidly when the FDA runs the green light.

I agree, any slowdown due to waiting for the FDA will be minimal. Lots going on behind the curtain....
