And BTW he suckered another company (poolworks) into one of his deals and months later that company had to file for bankruptcy for that so called asset.Totally misrepresented the company and took big bucks as a consultant as well as the overvalued price that was paid.

To me that makes it sound like pixel was one of those companies needing cash....def not a company with 40mil in revenue....however I'm so long here I've seen my 2 million shares worth 20k and 2200 so I'm in it till the end....I really do like dreaming for 40mil in revenues and a .39 pps pre reverse split , that would be a good day

That's interesting given the fact that Oreva Capital is nowhere to be found as a business entity in the State of California. Vert Capital is still listed however.
