So Adam Levine/Vert changed the name of his company AGAIN?

And BTW he suckered another company (poolworks) into one of his deals and months later that company had to file for bankruptcy for that so called asset.Totally misrepresented the company and took big bucks as a consultant as well as the overvalued price that was paid.
