OK trading.jeff, but I think "which shall also cover any and all costs" as in addition to the $4,500 plus attorney fees and "anything they will incur" which leaves it open ended going forward, which would include I assume, going to court on Nov 2. if that occurs or any other court actions and costs ext... But I guess we will see, I really don't see Mr. Bill complying with anything, least of which would include money out of pocket.
