$GRDO I've been trying to wrap my head around the image you posted. There seems to be a cap on the amount that is to go towards paying off any expenses that IVS incurred. This cap is $4500. However, attorney's fees are not capped ("without limitation"). The question I have is: Do the attorney's fees come out of the $4500 (from the image: "including...attorney's fees") or from another amount that is not specified because there is no cap on the attorney's fees?

There seems to be some "vagueness" in what Bill is expected to pay IVS.

The way I'm interpreting it is all cost including attorney fees can't exceed $4500, so if attorney fees are over $4500 bill only pays the 4500, and the attorney would get it all and none left over for what ever else was owed.
Reason I say that is because the wording says including any attorney fees ,not in addition to.
