And here's my take: SFOR settled in principal with Entrust BEFORE the IPR decision came out. So the deal is what it is. All settlements after the IPR decision should be even better, since SFOR does have a victory on its hands. My one post.
Usually with suits the lawyers will ask for waaaayyyy more than what the case is worth in hopes for a quick settlement. Let's just hope we get compensated well.
