RD; Is there a FAQ-section about what all the numbers means? i.e What does the "Held at DTC" mean, and why is this number 27,129,332?

Also, the float is 21.2 million. I assume this is out of the 27.8 million? I.e 6.6 million is NOT on the free float? I.e the collateral shares? *confused*
