This is an older number. Should be closer to 24M now.
The difference between the 27.8M and the 24M float are the shares held by insiders/directors.
You can make it as complicated as you want it to be. The important thing is the number outstanding. 27.8M. That includes all the collateral shares but not the roughly 2M shares that ECAB is entitled to after conversion.
We'll just have to keep an eye on this. So far it's not a disaster from a dilution perspective. The next update, if there is an increase, should tell us something more. The last 2 increases were both close to 300k (top-up) shares.
