As of June 30, 2017, there were 25,429,327 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding.

There were 22,726,859 shares of common stock outstanding as of December 31, 2016.

You can find the number of top-up collateral shares issued during the first half of the year on page 18. Close to 2.5M

And then another 2M or so since June 30.

Not all the collateral shares are being sold IMO. Only from the US lender (loan 1+2).
