I think they are in the middle of huge reorganization, i have been able to speak to a fellow shareholder who knows one of their funders or met them at some event and it looks like they are putting a huge plan in place and by re-org I do not mean reverse split. I think there is a recapitalization planned, an acquisition funding, a term sheet in review and regulatory catch up happening. Thats just what the coffee talk was.. again nothing confirmed but I'm still holding onto a few shares.

Exactly! They have no idea of the shell scoop up. Would be hilarious if Singpoli did get some of the filings updated this week. LOL would look like the cheezy promo made it pop...

Talk about being in the wrong place at the right time....should be a hoot.

Either way, looks like TCNT may be heading higher...

There last couple of promo's were the same way (didn't have a clue what the companies were about). I believe they were old promo's just cut and paste into the emails hoping for a 15 to 30% pop so they can dump shares.
