Your getting close, this promo was paid by an old shareholder, because the information presented completely lacks what this board already knows.

TCNT has a completely new set of officers and the projects their company is involved with are huge.

This is about to be a reverse merger most likely and this promo is completely unaware of that fact.

TCNT's share structure is minuscule.
