I think they are in the middle of huge reorganization, i have been able to speak to a fellow shareholder who knows one of their funders or met them at some event and it looks like they are putting a huge plan in place and by re-org I do not mean reverse split. I think there is a recapitalization planned, an acquisition funding, a term sheet in review and regulatory catch up happening. Thats just what the coffee talk was.. again nothing confirmed but I'm still holding onto a few shares.
