No penny wise, pound foolish strategy of fixing existing computer wins out 9 out of 10 times.

For example I got local school board has orders 50 Pentium II CPM cooling fans for $6 and 10 ATX power supplies for $35 as bulk of fall computer budget. It is bleak out there for tech spending.

MH,

That's pretty funny and I like your thinking (I am a bit of a conspiracy theorist myself, not saying that you are though). The events of our day never cease to amaze me and I would not push anything by the wayside no matter how crazy it sounds... I know this next statement will probably get a rise out of a few, but I am going to say it anyway... It would not surprise me if our own Gov't hacked into the power grid and created the big blackout themselves. Why you may ask? To push through a bill that has been in a stalemate for sometime now and to get big money into the energy coffers' pockets.

It sure seems as though nothing is off limits or sacred anymore. It's a free-for-all, no holds barred, I will take what you got and crush whoevers toes I have to in order to get my way mentality of today that this mild mannered moose just finds so astounding. Then again, maybe it's just me...
