Momentum, in all honesty the FDA should have no say in where a company chooses to get its financing. If you are suggesting that FDA would be prejudiced against NWBO because Linda made that comment about going alone, than you're actually supporting the idea that FDA has been influenced by BigPharma. However, I don't think that's the case. Linda has often talked about working closely with regulators, and at both annual meetings I attended, talked about how participants at the hospital level have made positive comments to them. I have gotten the impression that their relationship with regulators in all countries is good.
Think about this....what would happen in UK, Canada, and Germany if the FDA failed to approve DCVaxL in the face of overwhelming evidence? They would probably go ahead and approve it in their own country, and they would talk and show how overwhelming the evidence is. Within a year, the FDA would be under investigation, perhaps, particularly if those countries start showing numbers that support efface you. What verybody seems to forget here is that we have 4 chances to be successful.so I think prejudice by FDA individual members can't happen with 3 other country regulators involved. They will force FDAs hand or make them look as prejudice as they would be if this happened. That's why Linda and co. Are gathering as many facts as possible. Just in case somebody or some bodies have been bought.
Just my 2 cents
