Momentum, in all honesty the FDA should have no say in where a company chooses to get its financing. If you are suggesting that FDA would be prejudiced against NWBO because Linda made that comment about going alone, than you're actually supporting the idea that FDA has been influenced by BigPharma. However, I don't think that's the case. Linda has often talked about working closely with regulators, and at both annual meetings I attended, talked about how participants at the hospital level have made positive comments to them. I have gotten the impression that their relationship with regulators in all countries is good.
Think about this....what would happen in UK, Canada, and Germany if the FDA failed to approve DCVaxL in the face of overwhelming evidence? They would probably go ahead and approve it in their own country, and they would talk and show how overwhelming the evidence is. Within a year, the FDA would be under investigation, perhaps, particularly if those countries start showing numbers that support efface you. What verybody seems to forget here is that we have 4 chances to be successful.so I think prejudice by FDA individual members can't happen with 3 other country regulators involved. They will force FDAs hand or make them look as prejudice as they would be if this happened. That's why Linda and co. Are gathering as many facts as possible. Just in case somebody or some bodies have been bought.
Just my 2 cents

I agree with you, LP showed a total lack of tact, sensitivity, respect in making such statements in a public forum. Even if she felt that way it should never be expressed out loud. Any BP would be offended and not be willing to make any decent offers if they felt they were being disrespected. LP a suppose strategist made incredibility stupid statements in public. Sort of unforgivable of a small bio tech CEO. NW must of felt that when she made those statements therefore his misjudgment of Management. I really hope LP apologizes for those statements because she has learned and grown from this experience and it has cost patients, company, shareholders dearly. She should think before she speaks, very carefully with awareness. She has shown a lack of awareness in the past in reference to funding and BP. It is very difficult to build a world class biotechnology company without proper funding. Something she seems oblivious to, but hopefully she has learned from these financings with Chardan, Wainright, Sabby???? She has done a great job but just not in building a positive relationship with BP. imho
