Flipper, anders, I attended the SITC conference in DC in 2015 and both Dr. Bosch and LL separately used the same exact wording when I asked them separately about the interim analysis. They said, "We're not talking about the interim analysis." LL repeated the exact same wording at the 2015 annual meeting a month later. "We are not talking about the interim analysis." When I asked other similar questions, I got the same response. They would not take any questions about an interim analysis.
I took it to be exactly what it sounded like: the interim analysis happened and they were not talking about it. Now this all happened in the wake of the Phase 5 attack and the screening hold, so I believe they were trying to preserve the integrity of the trial for the many, many reasons we've discussed here, particularly in light of the Phase 5 attack by people who admitted they were short the stock. Today I still strongly believe they are protecting the integrity of the trial and I think the possibility that the OS is the confirmatory trial sounds like a very intriguing possibility..
I feel like this tiny company has had to work in secret because so many giants are trying so hard to stone them to death. I would not be the least bit surprised if the first thing they come out with is FDA approval, followed by results.
Just my two cents.
