The mOS of the trial arm probably has not been established since it most likely extends beyond 22 months thus longer than the 22 months that have passed since the last patient was randomized. They are probably waiting a few more months until almost all of the patients have been randomized for at least about 25-26 months which may be close to the mOS of the trial arm. Another reason to extend the trial a bit may be to establish the survival time of most (if not all) of the last (German) contingent with their lower permissible lymphocyte count (JMHO). I know that this is all very nerve wreaking but maybe NWBO feels that waiting on these final results is important and perhaps crucial.
