The whole theory is Simpson is so corrupt she would do everything in her power to intentionally choose a path that would completely destroy shareholders when she knows she could get $100 million plus easily for shareholders. I guess if one is on the sidelines it is okay to embrace, but people are embracing with $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 ...
