@Gator328 your logic completely escapes me Okay so you state that Jenny would NEVER risk jail over 50k measly shares but she can purposefully BK a viable company out of spite? That makes sense (extremely heavy sarcasm) The only way your position makes any sense is if the company's intellectual capital is near zero. TBH I can't believe you are a moderator on this board with the belief that CHEMOSAT and their other assets should have a reserve bid of 15M? Sorry, I just don't buy any of that story.
