6 months is a number you hear for every milestone for NWBO ever, so just based upon the fact that we are talking about NWBO where everything is "six months away" I do not have to substantiate the claim.
Similarly, if I said "by the end of December 20__" you could take that at face value, though maybe not on say December 15, 20__ because by then reality sets in each year, especially when the ASM comes and goes with no webcast, transcript or news. And the few people who go, get convinced not to share what they found out, because of course, what the company says to its own shareholders couldn't stand up to scrutiny by critics.
But let's take your figure of 3 months and apply the following formula for anything with NWBO.
3 months x 2 (the 'NWBO Drag A$$ Factor') = 6 months.
I base all of this upon the painful experience of hearing a lot of exciting talk about milestones etc. only for us all to get our hopes crushed again and again.
