This '6 months to publication' sounds like fake nonsense. A medical researcher I know said he published 5 articles and it took 3 months from submission to being published. I think that they might be able to shave maybe as much as 1 month off that if they had a highly cooperative editor, maybe not. But in any case where you are getting 6 months from? Did you pick that number out of your hat or are you claiming some actual experience and/or link to reliable neutral sources?
