Iconic Brands filed for a 10 for 1 reverse stock split on March 21, 2014 which was declared effective by FINRA on April 11, 2014

They left it in the filing... It's been in every filing...

It's a formatting issue. Check the previous quarterly reports and you'll see exactly the same verbiage, but split differently due to page breaks. No great reveal of hidden meaning, just word processing irregularities.
