They are far from a profit as losses show on 10K. Rich has just done terrible job. This should grown and been profitable by now. Buying Pop top was huge mistake. All it did was increase losses and we see what happen to stock price.
Sustained sub penny inevitable and near imminent. Such a shame. 18 years (and 2 RSs so far) and no end to downtrend in sight.
Will it ever turn profitable is unknown, but I recommend staying out until it does show sustained qtrly profits.
Pretty much sums it up. They’ve been losing money for 18 years now. Their grace period is way beyond the 3-5 years most companies turn to profitability. After 18 years and 1 R/Ss, shareholders and future investors wise up. I’ve never said that ICNB is a scam that produces nothing, but they have a bad history of screwing shareholders and only maintaining the lifestyles of mgmt.
My advice to future investors is to simply wait to buy in until dilution stops and profitability shows consistent growth. Current trend is subpenny on the way to $.0001 or another RS reset and more of the same for years. This stock even stinks for traders. Just my opinion and advice.
Wrong and market price now is overvalued. When losses are increasing by millions since acquisition. When company is never close to making money instead of growing losses. Too many years of this. Wait and see. Unless they file 10K showing losses decreased by millions. Sub penny is inevitable. As they run out of money.
Continuing HUGE LOSSES paid for by shareholders with HUGE DILUTION = over valued. Sub penny coming.
Anyone ever appraised Bellissima LLC ?
Pop losses we took on shows not enough people are buying. All Rich did was add more losses by acquiring them.
CB gets a portion of all Bellissiama bottles sold.
She has no interest in TopPop.
Pursuant to the license agreement and Amendment No. 1 to the license agreement effective September 30, 2017 with the Bellissima Licensor (see Note 11a. above), Bellissima is obligated to pay the Bellissima Licensor a Royalty Fee equal to 10% of monthly gross sales (12.5% for sales in excess of defined Case Break Points) of Bellissima Brand products payable monthly.
Agree but Rich want @christiebrinkley to pay for debt of toppop? I don’t think so, she sue
That is what I thought now for years. He can manipulate this as he wants. They make money shareholders get hosed.
#FakeNews says otherwise
Ok but Rich’s distribution center is now not separate anymore. Owned by icnb . Happened when toptit acquired
Yep, he takes his cut, and gives Christie her cut, and whomever else gets a cut, then the shareholders take the losses. Always have, and always will, as long as the company has this structure of running everything through Rich's distribution center. LMAO at anyone that thinks differently.
Have you not figured out after years what Rich is doing? He has his United Distributor he controls make the money. He can charge ICNB whatever he wants to make that happen. He screwes over shareholders and always has.
interesting. What insiders held shares ?
Optimally, I'd like to see...
1 - debt reorganized & manageable
2a - new leader/CEO
2b - must also be competent in cleaning up the costly & unacceptable production line issues.
3 - $$ funding
ICNB stated in their 10-Q (1st quarter) that they have about 90 days of cash.
We could also see the sale/disposition of TopPop?
Highly unlikely, but sale of Bellissima?
Merger/buyout with a bigger fish, if no funding?
I'm expecting just about anything.
A big part of this is that management/insiders hold A LOT of the outstanding shares.
Their self-preservation is to our benefit.
An 8-k or 10-q (for 2nd quarter) should be illuminating.
Chapter 11 is slow as a snail.
Whatcha expecting there Fro?
where else do u get organic, zero sugar vegan, cheap and Delicious. Bellissima is the best, just sayin
Who was that?
ICNB big-time investor guy (who constantly bashes DJT on SM).
Sub penny looks imminent. Looks like some of the stuckholders here are going to panic. Yeah this thing is finally toast. An RS looks like the next move. But of course that’s just speculation. I’m curious what excuse they’ll come up with this time.
More like poor management and poor marketing. It had a chance at target and some other big box retailers in the past.
They got their wines in stores when launched years ago I think 2017. Why re-orders did not come in and places like Publix stopped selling it. Overpriced and did not sell well enough. If her wine is higher price IMO will see same.
Rich already rolled in another business that increased losses by millions. lt was a stupid move to buy company losing millions. To increase losses on top of what they were already losing. As share price now shows.
unsure of Sec rule about quarterly reports . Subsidiary is in bankruptcy but the parent company is not. Subsidiary must file monthly operating reports in court. Toppop only for court filings. Would be nice of them to inform shareholders but wth @christiebrinkley should sell her valuable brand to a big company
