Ok, will accept that for now because I think he's got to RS anyway to PPS up for uplisting (if he really intended to do so). I'm beginning to doubt that because in the same PR (Mar) he said audits were being worked on and should be complete in late Qtr 2/early Qtr3. It's now starting 4th week of August...no audit. Couple that with promise of audit in 2012...never done.

His credibility is taking a dive with me.
