Just found out where the 3rd location is and turns out it's about a 5 minute walk from where I live. Not sure about whether they've bought the space or are leasing it, or the availability of other spaces they could have chosen like you wondered OTC_Buyer, but it's in a very good and trendy area and probably quite pricey either way. I'll have to take a swing by on foot and have a peak...I will say I've been trying to avoid going by the area (by car that is) as there is a ton of construction going on along Eglinton Ave. for the new crosstown subway line. I'm guessing the timeline for the subway construction is still maybe 2-3 years out till completion, though the above ground stuff in the area will hopefully not be an interference and deterrent for that amount of time. Luckily though it's also on one of the major north-south subway lines along Yonge Street so will still be very accessible in the short-term and then obviously a super high traffic area longer term.
