Would love to get some pics of how far along we are if you are in the area. We were originally scheduled to open in July but they pushed it back to September due to design changes. I suppose these things are very common, wouldn't mind seeing the progress though.
Yeah another boots on ground. Like Macod also said we are leasing the location. (All in all it is a write off.) Great to now know what all this construction is about I hear. Subway line. More foot traffic means more patrons and tourist. Sweet. Roger knows what he is doing looking to the later to become and not just the now. Should I say he might be a visionary?? Rent may not be cheap but the old saying, "you pay for what you get" and it is all about location location location too.
