I just called to satisfy my own curiosity since I have now spent many hours looking and coming up empty. A company can be reinstated weather or not the company was dissolved involuntarily or voluntarily, just have to pay the fees. This came straight from the Nevada SOS dept.

I also explained that I cannot find anything online to confirm this hence the reason I called. She said she has had more than one call asking the same question today.

Case closed, thank goodness.
