Would you prefer to see IDCC say something like ....we were wrong or Microsoft saying we were wrong in not paying you a lesser amount?

A settlement is just that -- we settle this disagreement and you agree to give us some money and an agreement to perhaps do business in the future and we agree to drop our claims and we all move on and live happily ever after! ! !
