It appears that IDCC and Microsoft has withheld material information

from shareholders in regards to this settlement. This action should be

reviewed by the SEC as we are entitled to know things that affect our

investment. No competent lawyer would not have a written document stating

what the other side is going to do and when before they withdrew the

legal action. This action is a damn insult to the investors and maybe

some jail time might be appropriate for the conspiring to withhold

material information.
