I'm just confused on why you constantly harp on this being such a bad deal?
You realize with debt holders you aren't really the one in power to make demands, and the fact that we actually got all of our debt restructured and it seems that most of it will get converted at .01 or cheaper if the PPS is to falter(this is in the filing).
So as a debt holder, I don't see why I would bother to do this unless I knew I could make a real profit by having my shares become more valuable over time.
I just think it's ridiculous to think the shareholders got the raw deal here as if somehow there are better deals that exist in the pink land.
Some people need to get real and by all means show me some examples of better deals in place in the pink land.
