If you like the debt deal then by all means say do and explain why. If others do not, they too can say so and explain why. I've explained why several times and ways. You probably read and didn't agree...you prerogative. I harp on it because I either get asked or because others harp on what a good deal it is. My comments show the other side. Now each shareholder can decide how they feel about debtor shares after hearing both sides.
