Rachelelise. On wave web site, they have a FAQ page, I read it and a lot of the questions and answers were about fixing minor [problems when installing a system. Real life customers don't look at FAQ, they call a service center and expect to speak with an expert to fix the snafu they have created themselves. That kind of support for 1 Mm deployed units requires a lot od people manning the phones. That is what I meant by service. The services which generate additional cash probably could involve customizing the system to various markets and specific customers requirements, that require an small army of of software writers and possibly a slightly larger army of software "documenters". That is what I fear will require additional resources not available in the next two three quarters. Marketing and sales is another place where additional resources will need to be deployed. Building a bran name is expensive, and without the brand name acceptance in the market is very difficult.
